Worst key company. Trying to fix the key that was made where there is a service sign that is open until 6:30 PM, you can arrive at 6:10 PM and it will already be closed. You call the emergency phone and they say it has already closed. Lack of respect and service with the customer. Good thing there are other locksmiths better to fix the terrible service on the keys that won't open the door.

Terrible service! The guy came to my house, fixed the lock, and "forgot" to leave the copy; he had to come back another day and changed the core of the lock????? Besides that, I asked for an extra copy of the lock, okay, he said the cost was 7 reais, I left the amount on the table and then received a very rude audio from a man who must be some superior claiming that I only left 4.70 reais, that I owed 2.30😲 Now tell me why the guy didn't check when leaving? If it was wrong, I would make a point of correcting it! I was still forced to listen to the rudeness of the supervisor and he blocked me on WhatsApp. I do not recommend the company to anyone!

I called at 16:30 requesting help for my electronic gate. At 11:30 the next day I'm still locked in my house because no one showed up. This is after I called at 09 asking if they were coming. Irresponsible.

I took a trip with my family and everything was set to not end well. I looked for 2 other locksmiths in the city and only Chaveiro Ouro do Vale knew how to solve the problem with my vehicle quickly. The price was even lower than I expected, especially for being in January. I called a few days ago to inquire about the same service in August and surprisingly... The price was the same. Thank you very much to the company for helping me have a perfect vacation.
